City Centre Views, River Crossing and Cheap Chinese Dinner

Down in town doing errands this morning, I was struck by being able to see so much green space from the centre of town.
A pop-up "lawn" and deckchairs in the middle of the Southgate Centre.
Crossing the bridge over the river between the station and Widcombe…
… looking one way from the bridge …
… and the other way.
They seem to do a bit of everything at this surgery in Widcombe.
After lunch at the Secret Garden Cafe with Su, we drove back along another stretch of the river
 Boats moored on the river.
We came back around the Circus.
I went into UWE to pick up some exam scripts from Hong Kong I've been asked to mark at short notice. Contradictory notice in one of the car parks…
This concrete block is much improved by its covering of virginia creeper.
Process diagrams on the wall inside the administration block - I knew that universities now consider students to be "customers", but not that they expected tips!
Who says UWE is a degree factory?!
Out with Bella this afternoon, the UK equivalent of blue convulvulus …
First blackberry flowers - fruits to come later in the Summer.
 Matching door and hydrangea colour…
We went into Bristol this evening to take advantage of the half-price dim sum offer at Dynasty. Saw this sticker on the way.
On the way home, saw this sticker on the back of this car - scary!
This day a year ago, walking with Bella at Brockham End I came upon police officers protecting the public by collecting these discarded marijuana cuttings.
