Marcus is "indisposed" today and has asked me to do the blog. Before succumbing to whatever ails him he did manage to enjoy our short day trip to Marathounda via the wine presses escorted by Lyndon who 1) knew the way and 2) had lots of info to make it more interesting.

p.s. this beach is famous for its wild goats which can be a bit of a nuisance especially when they take a fancy to your shoes!

After a wonderful walk we were taken down to the beach where we swam and had lunch before another spectacular drive across lovely Symi.
