Out with Bella this morning, found this rather nice abandoned leather glove from John Lewis - retrieved it from the leaves and put it on nearby railings, hopefully for it to be reunited with its owner.
Our silver birch has lost all but these few leaves - winter is truly upon us.
To keep away the winter blues, we made our monthly pilgrimage to Dynasty for some lovely dim sum.
This day a year ago, we were down at Chew Valley Lake enjoying a break in the rainy weather of the previous few days.
