Flowers on the Way to Yialos and Pedi

Pretty evening skies yesterday.
Up early this morning to a lovely morning sun.
Clouds over the Vigla this morning set the tone for a warm, quite cloudy day.
Went down to Yialos by a roundabout route again - the bees really loved these flowers.
Glittering grasses in the sun.
A precarious balcony.
Preety flowers.
A lovely honeysuckle.
Found a spot with a view of Yialos free of wires across it!
Went for a walk down the Pedi valley this afternoon - you can't help but admire the problem-solving approach of the Greeks.
Impressive aliums.
Big seed head.
A proud flower spike
Had a very pleasant time down at Pedi between the Pedi Beach Hotel and Katsaras Taverna. Didn't quite make it into the water today - maybe tomorrow…
The big flower I saw yesterday has opened out a little, and there are lots more coming on the plant.
This day a year ago, we arrived on Symi from Rhodes - no photos that day but a bumper crop the next.
