Grapes, Birthday and Last of the Tiling

Su started the day by harvesting some of our grapes.
She made a grape, apple and rosemary jelly - I'm looking forward to trying some:-)
Next door had a birthday party for young Fay today - we got some birthday cake and biscuits later on!
I have again been indoors all day today - partly my slowly-healing knee but mainly getting the tiling finished in the kitchen. Hint, it is a lot easier to do if you take the kitchen sink unit out as well:-). Now it just needs grouting and then we can put it all back together - before decorating the back room, which is where we came in with this particular saga…
After a long soak in the bath and a yummy tea, looked out of the window to see a truly spectacular sunset.
This day a year ago, we also picked our first grapes of the year (three very tasty bunches - our first ever crop from the vine).
