Fruit, Flowers and a Mandolin

Out with Bella this morning, the sun again struggled to break through.
These holly berries are gradually reddening up.
Found this garden strimmer abandoned by a locked car.
It's that season of mellow fruitfulness again where there are more apples than people can eat.
I really like these tree flowers.
Just what every car needs - a soft pink Mr Men steering wheel cover.
This morning Bob Lang, erstwhile mandolinist in Left At The Lights, came round for some playing. He looked suitably moody and intense.
After lunch at the cafe on Claremeont and some more music, I hobbled up and around Mount Beacon with Bella. Admired these neighbours' passion flowers.
Found this abandoned mobile phone case.
This banana skin has been around long enough to completely change colour.
On Perfect View, this expensive house has a rather unsubtly obvious sign.
By the time we were heading home, the sun had broken through and shone on Solsbury Hill.
Back home, the sun shone through a window ornament to give me a rainbow on the wall above my desk.
This day a year ago, it was our second full day on Symi which we celebrated by having lunch down at Taverna Tolis on Pedi Beach.
