Friday the Thirteenth and All's Well…

Out with Bella this morning, I liked the different colours and textures of this buddleia reaching the end of its flowering time.
It was an overcast morning, with the promise of more rain to come.
Another abandoned hairband.
Liked the raindrops on this sharon rose.
A perennial favourite of mine - raindrops on this cotinus shrub.
Downloaded a free app for my phone that takes small world pictures. This was our newly decorated back room from another perspective…
… and this was our back garden.
This afternoon I took Bella out up to Brockham End, where we haven't been for ages. Found this abandoned small person's shoe on a gatepost.
Smart new signs up with lots of "No"s on. Look out for the woodland rangers!
A grand display of sorbus berries.
Still some pretty umbellifers flowering …
… and lots whose time has past.
In the woods, we enjoyed a green haven from the rain which had started by then.
A skein of cobweb caught my eye.
This day a year ago, we harvested the last of our first ever grape crop. This year, we have plenty more yet to eat before we head off to Symi (the countdown has started!).
