Yesterday was a we-e-e-e-t day here in the Lake District. We went off up to Keswick through lovely misty scenery.
This clock on the council offices was raised by the PUPs (Pushing Young Peoples society), according to the plaque underneath. Mind boggling name!
This juxtaposition of signs and the newspaper headline caught my eye.
Some lovely old buildings in Keswick.
We had our first mortgage with the Skipton Building Society …
The clouds rolled off the mountain down towards Keswick. We managed to track down a refill for our gas cylinder along the road from these clouds!
Took Bella out for a walk in the woods (and rain!) around the campsite. Came upon these remains of a sheep.
This day a year ago, we saw this foal on our way back from a barbecue at Richard & Barbara's in Nailsea
