Up and about early this morning, spotted this monochrome Union Jack flag - getting ready for Scottish secession from the Union? :-)
Went down to Coniston Water later on, seeing this small herd of goats having a fine old time picking over the debris outside a party of tents.
Stops the speedboats!
But not Bella haring in to chase after a stick.

These children played as the excursion boat steamed past.
Still keen to go in and swim some more.

This day a year ago, we were down in Victoria Park at a sparsely attended Big Gig event and enjoyed this view of the gasometer on the way back to the car.
