Breakfast in Rhodes, Supper in Bath

Woke up in Rhodes at the Plaza Hotel, with its own special magic:-)
After breakfast, I went for a short walk and spotted this fresh graffito - not sure what it signifies - anarchocabs?
Went down briefly to the front and spied the deer and doe at the harbour.
Nice bit of sculpture.
Then it was back to the Plaza Hotel to finish packing before sharing a taxi to the airport with Jean Wright.
Got our bags checked in quickly, and then we hung out in the morning sunshine for an hour or so - Su was so relaxed I got picture approval for this shot:-).
Then it was on to to the plane, and our last touch of Greek sun for this year.
Leaving Rhodes.
Over the mountains capped with snow.
Landed at Gatwick to find we had no steps to get off the plane due to a power failure earlier in the day. We took half an hour to finally disembark off and were biting our nails about whether we'd make our train connection at Reading. We made it by a minute or two and got back to Bath before sunset!
This day a year ago, we were at Rhodes airport very early in the morning to catch our connecting flight to Athens.
