More Bees, Flowers and Demolished Van

Out with Bella this morning found next door's cat, Charlie, sunning himself on our bench. Luckily Bella didn't spot him!
The bees keep on visiting these flowers.
These white spikes in our back garden also attract lots of bees.
The nepeta at the front of the house was covered with bees as well - caught this one on its way between flowers.
Out with Bella this afternoon, we passed the Richmond Arms which is apparently aiming to become a community pub - there will be a fundraising party over the Bank Holiday.
An abandoned container - perhaps left behind by a removal van?
Pretty flowers caught my eye.
I liked the combination of these grasses and verbena bonariensis.
This evening I saw this paraglider against a stormy sky.
While Su's languished with the lergi, I've spent the day working on disassembling the van furniture - this is as far as I've got.
This day a year ago, we were down in Devon and I was on Wembury Beach with Bella - with a weak signal so no photographs.
