Spent much of the last two days behind the wheel, lots of it in rain and traffic jams - sometimes both at once, as on the M62 yesterday.
I started yesterday in Barnsley at Robin & Jean's before swinging across to Walsden to see Grahame for lunch and then headed for Birmingham to stay with Jules and Jess. This pretty oil stain on their driveway materialised after the heavy rain this morning.
From there, an essential visit to the Milan Sweet Centre to stock up on somosas and other goodies to bring home, followed by a brief visit to see Jim. Spotted this multi-lingual sign in the park off Stoney Lane.
This day a year ago, we were at Brean beach when the tide was in - Bella had a fine old time.
