Plumbing is Boring...

After the last two days decorating, today was scheduled as a day to myself,  That was before the intervention of the plumbing, when our water softening unit decided to malfunction last night.  I thought I had fixed it this morning, but then spent a couple of hours wrestling with it this afternoon.  After spending another hour trying and failing to find a plumber, I decided that enough was enough and went for a walk with Bella.

This was much better than plumbing, with flowers and cows lying down (because they were hot), a helicopter and a great vista.  Even better was sitting in the sun afterwards reading, and then going for a curry with  Su after her day out.
