Daffodils, cars and tropical fish!

A full day today.  We went off to buy some flowers for the front of the house, had a coffee and looked at the tropical fish (just what you expect in a garden centre :-)!).  The daffodils at the side of the roads have all popped now, so great swathes of yellow everywhere.

After the garden centre, we had a look at cars. Following on from the camper van discussion, we are entertaining different possibilities of what sort of vehicle we might have in my post- employment state!


On my walk with Bella this afternoon, as well as lots of dandelions, I saw these colourful spring beginnings of new pine cones.

On top of all this excitement, Ben & Lena popped down today for a flying visit.  We have just seen them off after a very nice curry down at our local.  Time for a cup of coffee and another two episodes of "The Killing".
