Pastures new

Today we ventured across the River Severn to Chepstow to the Caravan and Motorhome Show to look at camper vans. I was so busy looking at things (including electric bikes!) that I forgot to take any photos of vans until we were back in the car park!

We had a great time looking around, and agreed that we really like the VW vans, and that we could manage happily with both of us and Bella - especially if there was an awning in which I (and my snoring!) could be put at night. We've decided to have a test run and hire a van this Summer before we commit a lot of money  to a more permanent arrangement.

After that, the day was still young so we tootled up the Wye Valley to Tintern Abbey and took Bella for a walk along the opposite side of the river before having a cup of coffee, where we saw the honey sign.

A good day out indeed.
