Skies, Old Buildings and Fence Progress

Last night's sunrise.
Today saw progress on the fence front. We're both busy tomorrow, so hope to finish it off on Friday.
Once it cooled down a bit Su dropped Bella and me off for a walk down the town golf course to Victoria Park - nice clouds.
The Steam Fair is coming next week. Like the mixture of old school graphics and online presence.
A glimpse of the gasometer from the park.  I have decided to start calling it "Bath's Colisseum" - maybe that will help to preserve it.

Walked round the park to the obelisk in honour of Victoria's majority. Su met us there, so we didn't have to walk back up the hill.
Back home, the evening clouds were interesting.
This day last year, we spotted the old red house legend on the corner of Julian Road and River's Street.
Su's news story of the day (BBC website - click on the title for the full story):

UK forests still feeling the impacts of 1976 drought
