Made it to The Rock (AKA Symi)!

After a windy night in Rhodes (which sounded like a festival in a sheet metal factory with all the awnings and hoardings clanging) we got down to Kolonna harbour in Rhodes for 8 o'clock. Managed to change our tickets from Symi to Kos from Friday to Saturday, so we have another day on Symi.

We got here! Writing this in Eva's Bar after our first Illy Americano of the day. It's starting to warm up again and will be 28° by the time we leave on Saturday - just what we'll need before returning to UK's plunging temperatures!

That is days away - instead we shall have to suffer this view from our room in the Nireus Hotel...
