Still lots happening...

Catching up from yesterday's whizzing around, on our way to Taunton this cow decided to slobber all over the car side mirror.  Su was not impressed!

First thing this morning, I dropped the van into the garage for a service and a check over  the gears. Then whizzed into Maplins for essential electronic bits and met up with Su at the  Little Theatre's "Silver Screen" to see "Beautiful Lies" - a mainly lightweight French farce with Audrey Tautou, which left a bit of a bad taste due to an unnecessary incestuous plot twist towards the end.

After that, we met fellow Symiphiles, Barbara and Tricia, for lunch at the third smallest pub in Bath.  The smallest must be a broom cupboard!

Spotted interesting architectural features walking around Bath and back home - two curvaceous buildings, and one of the elephants over the doors on Camden Terrace.

Out walking with Bella took this boring picture of clouds, as an excuse to point you at a great website called Clouds 365 Project, and to this cartoon on the great XKCD cartoon site.

Popped into our little patch of allotment nearby to pick some beetroot and weed the leeks.  I was rewarded with the sight of these late summer flowers on other plots.
