Out and about

Following on from Su's entry yesterday, we had our late lunch at PaintWorks in Bristol - a place full of creative types and some quirkiness:-

and, of course, Noel Edmonds' big show!

Today, Martyn from UWE came and whisked me away for lunch in his Aston Martin - very nice indeed.

We went to the Globe Inn - sat outside quaffing and chatting for a very pleasant couple of hours in the sunshine.

After that, Bella needed a walk - one reason was to keep her wagging tail away from my latest bit of painting (it never ends!).  Now I'll have to let that dry, sand it down and have better dog deterrence next time...
