Sculpture

As today is the last dry and sunny day till at least the weekend, we drove over almost to David Cameron territory to Quenington on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border to see the sculpture exhibition "Fresh Air 2011".  The sculptures were great in the main, although it was very busy with parties of enthusiastic school pupils, and hordes of ConDem types.
After a couple of hours dodging other people and enjoying sculptures, we went off for a very nice lunch by a mill stream on the way to Cirencester, before dropping into Westonbirt to give Bella (and us) a bit more of a walk.  Tea and cake ensued, and now we are home sleepy and happy!

All figurative pieces

This was a really great video installation

This by one of our favourite sculptors, Carol Peace

This last picture is of 12th century Norman doors in the local church
