I have spent today getting ready to decorate the living room, the first of many decorating tasks on the list. So I have swept, hoovered, washed down with sugar soap and rinsed walls and woodwork. Tomorrow I wield the paintbrush! Also took Bella out for a walk, where we saw some more of our most recent local graffiti exponent's thoughtful tag:-
Also popped into the allotment patch nearby to pick some beetroot and inspect our leeks' progress, before stopping to admire these chickens, marigolds and fennel.
Down the road, the replacement of the lamppost outside the pub proceeds at glacial pace...
Just got back from dinner with Stephen and Linda at 1 Beaufort
And now it's time for bed!
