Went to see my friend Linda yesterday..
she lives about a mile away and if you look carefully you can see Solsbury Hill behind the house next to her's.....the same hill to be seen in all it's glory if you're sitting on our loo!
I should mention here that she shares her home with her spouse, Stephen, who works with Marcus.....and this is his tree. And Linda's. Isn't
it gorgeous.........................
I started a new gardening project today which involved trailing off to the outer reaches of North Somerset so on the way Bella and I stopped at a regular haunt, Chew Valley Lake. We took a small picnic and sat by the water watching the birds and the anglers in boats and those standing up to their thighs in freezing water (bonkers).......and then there were the
flies....thousands of them, so we didn't stay long!
